Pulse's business had grown fast and they needed to expand their team quickly without breaking the bank or compromising on quality. Already knowing exactly what they needed, they reached out to FABA to help them find the perfect candidates.
In the beginning, we arranged an interview between two of FABA’s developers and the Pulse team to assess the developers’ expertise and build a small remote team. FABA's expert team hit the ground running and in under a month their velocity met Pulse's uncompromising expectations. As a result, Pulse decided to requisition three more developers to join the team. With over 6 months of cooperation, we both want to improve the recruitment process to deliver more efficiency. Pulse will send us the job descriptions of who they need, we will be in charge of launching recruitment and first-round interviews in Vietnam, whereas Pulse is responsible for the final round of interviews. If the candidates pass, they will be added to the expanding team. Traditional outsourcing can result in a breakdown of communication but with modern best practices the two teams remain in smooth operation. For our partnership to remain in smooth operation, we follow the Agile model. Daily standups between the two teams are arranged to review works. Weekly check-ins are also held to ensure that team members are keeping up with the progress.
