What this role entails

• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create functional and technical specifications for software development projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that requirements are properly implemented.
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with clients.
• Manage project scope and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis)
• Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
• Create mockup, prototype
• Create Function List (if needed); 
• Create SRS (System Requirement Spec)

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese and have good communication skills to be able to communicate directly with customers
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company 
• Experience in an outsourcing company is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Experience with Wireframe, mockup, and prototype is a big plus
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
