Greetings aspiring FABA-ers! We are just as excited as you are when it comes to recruitment seasons.  So why don’t we take a quick look at what awaits you when you shoot your shot at our vacancies! Our recruitment process includes 3 rounds:

• Introductory Interview
• Technical Interview
• Offer & Onboard

Each round will take part roughly 1-3 days after one another. In recent situations, everything has been shifted digitally. You can check out the details of each round in the caption session.

Without further ado, let's find out more about our recruitment process!

Round 1: Introductory Interview

Thank you for applying to FABA Technology and welcome to our very first meeting! We are very excited to get the chance to meet you!

Here at FABA, we put emphasis on our cultural values. So this is when we get to see whether you could be a part of our team with a quick check of your soft skills as well as your expertise.

If we can both see that you are the right fit for FABA, and that FABA can meet your career expectations, then we will definitely see each other again for the 2nd round - the Technical Interview.

Round 2: Technical Interview

We are so happy and excited that we can get to see you again, our fellow tech enthusiast! It's time we learn a little bit more about each other, especially in our technical domain.

At this round, you will participate in verbal and/or pair-programming interviews. We will focus on your technical skills, for example, mathematics and algorithms, as well as your problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Regarding the results, rest assured that you can receive our feedback in a span of 1 to 3 days after our meeting.

If you successfully make it through this challenge, then you are very close to becoming a part of our team!

Round 3: Offer & Onboarding

It's so great seeing you again, my friend! Welcome to the final round! This is our very last stage before you officially join the FABA team, and we are just as excited as you are.

We will discuss your salary along with your benefits, and of course, your starting date as well. If everything is settled, then our Offer Letter will land in your inbox in no time.
